Summer water sports is getting famous around the lakes near Bivio. I wasn’t expecting to have such a fun with water by doing kite surfing near Bivo, place called Silvaplana. This late is filled water lovers during summer (who doesn’t love water when the temperature goes close to 25° Celsius to 28°Celsius up in 1800m-high mountains lakes.
The lake is called surfing Mecca and famous windsurfing during end spring and summer until beginning autumn seasons. Many kite surfing fest and famous racing happens near Bivio (Silvaplana lake) during summer
Sometimes when the valley wind is high, the surfing kicks off to experts and its amazing to witness those days. We stayed in Bivio which is 15mins drive from Curtinfess Franklin Apartment and we enjoyed every day going to the lake. My kids started loving stand-up paddling which seems easy and at the same time, gives a kind of pleasure in standing over water and moving around.
